Our state-of-the-art commercial production facilities have the capacity to manufacture our full line of sandwiches, salads, wraps, entrees, box lunches, and much more—no matter what size the affair. We buy our meats direct from the packers, our produce straight from the farm, and our Artisan breads come from several local gourmet bakeries daily. Our production crew is instructed to follow strict guidelines and specifications ensuring a consistent, high-quality product.

As a fresh food supplier, we maintain a highly effective and detailed food safety program under the guidance of our quality assurance team. Our facilities follow the strict guidelines of food safety and sanitation reflected in our Sanitation Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
We adhere strictly to mandated compliance schedules with national agencies. Fresh and Ready has always maintained this high standard of excellence. We are inspected by the following entities that evaluate and regulate our Food Safety standards: USDA, State and Federal FDA, SQF, and/or third-party audits.

Fresh & Ready Foods has put into place lasting and effective recycling programs utilizing cardboard, paper, plastic shrink wrap, aluminum and plastic bottles.
