Fresh & Ready Foods® began as a Grab & Go specialist, creating delicious, value-added sandwiches and salads for those on the go. Colleges, hospitals, convenience stores, airports, and amusement parks - wherever you need good food fast that is what we do best. We maintain self-service refrigerated cases and our drivers deliver and merchandise our products so that the food we make remains fresh and ready to eat! Our large selection of products includes: fresh salads, focaccias, croissants, pitas, sandwich combos and triangles. Box Lunches
While Fresh & Ready Foods® didn't invent the Box Lunch, we surely perfected it. Catering to the needs of hospitals, convention centers, hotels, casinos, TV/movie Caterers, and other mass feeders, the Fresh & Ready Foods® team provides "customized" Box Lunches for each event and each customer's individualized needs. Value and quality are combined in a Box Lunch that goes far beyond the ordinary. We take pride in reflecting good quality ingredients and unique presentation while staying within the elected budget of our customers. We offer variety and practical solutions, all within the constraints of a "box."
Bakery
No one services the foodservice industry like Fresh & Ready Foods® Gourmet Bakery. We have the capacity and experience to make the kind of delectable desserts that will add guaranteed delight to any establishment. Because of our background in the restaurant business, we understand your needs - from pricing to packaging and display. Lemon Bars anyone? Home made apple pie? Peach Cobbler? In addition to our own catalog of desserts, we can work directly with your chefs to create new selections to update or add variety to any restaurant menu. Our bakery is organic and gluten free certified.
Emergency Services
Fresh & Ready Foods® operates on a 24-hour emergency on call status. We have a high volume capacity (approximately 30,000 lunches a day) and a large fleet of refrigerated trucks for fast and on-time delivery. Besides operating in a HACCP certified plant inspected by the USDA, FDA, U.S. Armed Forces, and National third party auditors, we have a vast knowledge and first-hand experience with all emergency related rules and regulations. Please note that sub-contracting pricing is available.
