Chuck Lehman, Founder/CEO - Chuck is a graduate of UNLV Hotel & Restaurant School. Throughout his career he has owned/operated restaurants, created food brands, and consulted food manufacturers in the art and business of food development and sales. He combines his creativity as a chef with his business knowledge to guide the company. Using his entrepreneurial instincts, Chuck has created a business that has not only filled a market niche, but has the ability to expand to additional venues with endless potential.
Art Sezgin, President - Art owned and operated High Noon Foods, specializing in all natural, gourmet food products. As a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Art brings a distinct culinary style to the company. Having owned and operated restaurants and a food manufacturing facility, Art has a comprehensive and diverse understanding of how to run a full-service food organization. Art is responsible for the day to day operations of our company, and all of its departments. Art is a member of Young President's Organization (YPO) and the American Culinary Federation.
Courtney Dorne, President, Fresh & Ready Foods® of Nevada - Courtney manages our Las Vegas headquarters. She is responsible for all sales, development and marketing efforts. Courtney prides herself on the fine details of follow-through and customer care. Her natural abilities as a leader have made Fresh & Ready Foods® of Nevada the premier Grab and Go and gourmet box lunch provider in Southern Nevada. Courtney is a member of Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Harry Iknadosian, Vice President, Distribution & C-Stores Division - For
many years Harry owned and operated Deli DelightŪ, a fresh sandwich and
salad provider in Southern California. With this knowledge and expertise
Harry brings a personal touch and understanding of the industry. Harry
oversees the distribution and management of our C-store customers across
the broad market.
Lisa Lehman, MS, RD, Director of Food Safety & Nutrition - Lisa is a Registered Dietitian with a background in Food Safety. In addition to working in healthcare, she has worked for Trader Joe's, Sysco, and Nestle USA. Utilizing her institutional, business, and food safety background, she works to insure that Fresh & Ready Foods® complies with the highest standards in quality and safety.
Cameron Childs, Director of Sales & Marketing - Cameron brings to our team a broad wealth of experience in Sales & Marketing. He spent 27 years with
ampm, where he held many positions and developed a broad knowledge of the
retail business. Cameron also spent several years there as the category
manager for hot and cold fresh foods. In that role he developed a broad
knowledge of the foodservice industry. With both retail and foodservice
management experience Cameron brings with him a level knowledge and
expertise that is second to none.
Dan Suppan, Director of Operations - Dan has a long history in production and operations. With his formidable history at the Cheesecake Factory and more recently with Fabes Natural Foods, he brings his notable skills and experience in both foodservice operations and management to round out our team.
